What an hour of coordination buys
An hour is a specialist referral chased down and booked. It is a denied claim appealed with the right form. It is three pharmacies called until one has the medication in stock, and transportation arranged to collect it.
These are the hours you are currently spending at work, badly, between meetings.
Questions families ask
- Why hours instead of unlimited?
- Because unlimited is a promise nobody keeps. A service that offers it either staffs too thinly to deliver, or quietly deprioritizes the families who need the most. Capped hours mean we can actually answer when your month goes sideways.
- What happens if I go over my included hours?
- We tell you as you approach your limit and ask before continuing. Extra hours are $95. You will never find surprise coordination charges on a bill.
- Do you provide hands-on care?
- No, we coordinate it. We find, vet, and schedule the people who provide care, and we manage the administrative work around it. That distinction matters legally and we are careful about it.
- What if my parent lives in another state?
- That is the situation most of our families are in. Coordination is remote by nature, because the phone calls and paperwork do not care where you live.
- Can my siblings have access?
- Yes. Shared records and a single coordinator is usually what stops the sibling arguments about who was supposed to call the doctor.
- How do I cancel?
- Two clicks in your account. No retention call, no email chain.
