The short version

We collect the minimum we need to run the service, we never sell your information, and caring for an aging parent is sensitive territory, so we treat everything you tell us accordingly.

What we collect

• Email address, if you request the toolkit or subscribe to a plan. We use it to send what you asked for and, if you opted in, one useful email a week. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works.
• Payment details, which go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's handling is described in their own privacy policy.
• Care details you choose to share, such as information about your parent's situation during an assessment or coordination. We use it only to do the work you hired us for.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not share care details except as needed to coordinate services you asked for, or where the law requires it.

Where your data lives

Email addresses and subscription records are stored with Stripe. The website is hosted on Vercel. Both are established providers with their own published security practices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@getparentcare.com and a person will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly on this page and update the date above.
